The object insured

Civil liability of certain categories of professionals (the insured) for material expenses incurred by the third party as a result of inadvertently caused by their actions during the insured professional services

Insured event

• Damage to the life or health of third persons. These include: professional liability insurance of surgeons, dentists, pharmacists, beauticians, masseurs, etc.;
• Damage to property. These include: professional liability insurance of engineers, surveyors, lawyers, accountants, auditors, notaries, financiers, etc.

Dangers covered

Negligence and fault of the insured relating to the discharge of professional activity and resulting in financial loss or deterioration of health / death of third persons

From 0.5% to 5.0% depending on the type of professional activity and experience
