Civil liability of the exporter and the person responsible for the disposal (removal) of hazardous waste on damages that may be caused to human health, property and the environment during the cross-border transportation and disposal (removal) of hazardous waste
Insured event
Any event that occurred during the cross-border transportation and disposal (removal) of hazardous waste which resulted in damage to the health of individuals, the environment, and property of legal entities or individuals

Basic Insurance Tariffs
The maximum insurance tariffs are set by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 19, 2002 No. 1219
